The breakfast was lovely and very good with a huge variety of food and hot drinks. The staff were exceptional and incredibly welcoming and the location was amazing on the harbor. Besides, the hotel was 3 km away from Genting Casino Blackpool.

The place was fantastic for a long weekend. The staff was very very helpful & caring. The restaurant was large which served a great breakfast, I tried fine dishes. The location of this hotel was perfect. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

My stay here was perfect. The staff were friendly and a marvellous breakfast was provided. The bedroom was attractive and nicely decorated. The food provided for breakfast was lovely. This accommodation had a very central setting in the outside covered area below.

The hotel was in the very central setting in from the pub. Further, it was really close to the centre of Hugh Town, a Co-Op supermarket and the island for about a fortnight. There was brilliant food, the staff was pleasant and incredibly welcoming.

Overall it was well-appointed with a view of the harbour. The location was marvellous - really close to a Co-Op supermarket, Cromwell's Castle on a shore walk and the waterfront in the centre of Hugh Town.

The staff was very very helpful, the accommodation was brilliant and fairly clean. The room was tastefully decorated and new-fashioned with comfy beds. The location was perfect, the breakfast was marvellous and included. The service was very good, they fixed problem with shower at my request.

Everything there was very good and the staff were fantastic friendly and efficient. I ate at an excellent restaurant which served a great breakfast. Truly enjoyed food selection, meals were outstanding and they have plenty of options. The whole experience was very very good.

I had nicely decorated and well furnished room complete with nice comfy beds, harbour view and large walk-in shower. The location of the property was wonderful, right on the waterfront. Our stay was fabulous, totally recommend this hotel to friends. The venue was fairly clean and the staff were cool and absolutely amazing. The location was super for traveling around Hugh Town, just off the pier as well as restaurant. Loved our exceptionally nice room equipped with cooked breakfast served by waiters and watch the world go by plus beautiful decor. The breakfast offered a wide range of food and was great.
